M&M Certification Program Assistance

M&M assists certification programs with starting-up, customized exam services, supplies services to stretch limited certification human resources, and conducts evaluations of existing certification programs.

Steve Moehlmann has over 25 years of experience training and certifying operators. Previously, he served as Executive Director of the Association of Boards of Certification (ABC) and developed hundreds of operator certification exams for ABC and state certification programs. He also spearheaded the validation of ABC's "Need-to-Know" job analyses, exam questions, and certification exams for operators of water treatment plants, distribution systems, very small water systems, collection systems, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial waste plants; water and wastewater laboratory analysts; landfill operators; incinerator operators; and backflow prevention device testers.

Moehlmann has a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Bachelors of Arts in General Science from the University of Iowa. He has taken numerous continuing education courses and workshops in continuous quality improvement, management, and tests and measurements.

Moehlmann has many published articles and has given numerous speeches in the United States, Canada, Caribbean, and Latin America.
