M&M Customized Exams
M&M's customized exam services are designed to be responsive, flexible, adaptable, timely, and very reasonably priced. These services range from revising existing exams to developing new exams. M&M has over 900 Water Treatment, 600 Distribution, 200 Small Water System, 500 Collection, 1,200 Wastewater Treatment, and 1,200 Industrial Waste multiple-choice exam questions.
Additionally, M&M can prepare study guides customized to state/provincial certification program rules, regulations, guidelines, and exams.
Steve Moehlmann has over 25 years of experience training and certifying operators. Previously, he served as Executive Director of the Association of Boards of Certification (ABC) and developed hundreds of operator certification exams for ABC and state certification programs. He also spearheaded the validation of ABC's "Need-to-Know" job analyses, exam questions, and certification exams for operators of water treatment plants, distribution systems, very small water systems, collection systems, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial waste plants; water and wastewater laboratory analysts; landfill operators; incinerator operators; and backflow prevention device testers.
Moehlmann has a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Bachelors of Arts in General Science from the University of Iowa. He has taken numerous continuing education courses and workshops in continuous quality improvement, management, and tests and measurements.
Moehlmann has many published articles and has given numerous speeches in the United States, Canada, Caribbean, and Latin America.
