M&M Customized Training
M&M develops and delivers customized learning packages. These packages include pretests to target the learning and post-assessments to document knowledge attainment. Using the pre-test, training, and post-assessment, M&M builds a learning and achievement career ladder for each operator in the program. The career ladder can be used by the operator and the employer as a road map to select training courses and work experiences to enhance the operator's career. The career ladder is based on job proficiencies desired by the operator and the employer, and serves as a record of demonstrated and documented job proficiency achievements. Examples of our customizable training includes:

- Coagulation, Flocculation, and Sedimentation
- Disinfection
- Hydraulics
- SDWA regulations

All workshops meet the guidelines for the issuance of continuing education units (CEUs). A special feature of the certification preparation workshops are diagnostic practice certification exams.

Steve Moehlmann is the instructor for our workshops. He has over 25 years of experience training and certifying operators and has taught workshops throughout Iowa. Previously, he was Executive Director of the Association of Boards of Certification (ABC) and developed hundreds of operator certification exams for ABC and state certification programs.
